InsectiNo - DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DIRECTIONS: Dab a small amount of gel on your fingertips & apply in a circular motion to exposed skin, starting with your face, arms & legs, then the rest of your body. You can apply the gel even after you have been bitten by insects as the product has anti-inflammatory & disinfectant properties. Repeat as needed.
Plant Glycerin: A water soluble agent that hydrates the skin.
Pure Concentrated Extract of Aloe: A sap with hydrating, softening & healing properties. Recommended for sensitive, dry, chapped skin. Soothes & acts as a natural sunscreen.
Allantoin: The active principle extracted from the comfrey root, known for promoting cell proliferation, which accounts for its healing & regenerative properties. Used in cosmetology to treat sunburns & other skin conditions.
Panthenol or Provitamin B5: A water soluble vitamin used to prevent & treat skin redness due to excessive sun exposure. Promotes healing when combined with allantoin.
Cold-Pressed Neem Oil: Derived from the seed of the melia azadirachta tree, neem has been used for thousands of years by people in India who discovered its non-toxic, antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial & antiviral properties. Used in Ayurvedic medicine for more than 4,000 years to treat eczema, psoriasis, skin irritation, burns & acne.
Lemon Eucalyptus (eucalyptus citriodora): Lemon eucalyptus contains a high concentration (over 70%) of citronella, a terpenic aldehyde that is a well-known insect repellent. This essential oil is noted for its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic & strong anti-infectious properties, as well as its calming effect on nerves. A characteristic that appeals to smokers: Its ability to limit nicotine withdrawal, as its lemony scent calms & relaxes neuro-olfactory connections. It also relieves muscle & joint pain and helps combat the effects of asthenia.
Iary (dingadingana): Iary has been traditionally used by the people of East Madagascar to repel insects. An analysis of the plant's essential oil shows a high concentration (over 80%) of terpene, whose insect repellent properties are well established. The plant is used in family medicine to relieve itching.
Saro (mandravasarotra): An exceptional, balanced essential oil, devoid of any potentially harmful molecules. A natural protector. This essential oil has a slight immunomodulant action & an excellent stabilizing effect on the immune system (lymphocytes). Its high concentration of oxidized molecules makes it a good antiviral & an effective catarrhal expectorant. It acts on bacteria, parasites & fungal agents thanks to its neurotonic & cutaneous astringent properties. Saro enhances the virtues of Eucalyptus & Iary to protect against biting insects.
